About Takedown Wizard
Free tools and plain-language guides for getting copied content taken down.
Takedown Wizard is a free self-help tool for creators, online sellers and small businesses whose work has been copied or misused online. It helps you prepare a copyright takedown notice or a trademark letter and shows you where to send it.
Free Tools and the Optional $2.99 Download
Creating your notice and copying the finished text is free. No account is required. The optional $2.99 purchase is a one-time charge, not a subscription. It gives you the same notice as a formatted PDF and an editable Word (DOCX) file, both downloaded in your browser right after payment.
Who Runs It
Takedown Wizard is operated by Sprint Build Group. It is a software tool, not a law firm, a legal services provider or a takedown or content-enforcement agency. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. See section 2 of our Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with any platform or host covered in our guides.
The site is supported by the optional downloads, by advertising served through Google AdSense and by a labeled partner link to DMCA.com's content-protection service, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
