Step-by-step process
Identify which kind of infringement you have
A reposted video or sound uses the content copyright form. A Shop listing, shop name, or shop photo uses TikTok Shop's IPPC instead.
For content: file the Copyright Infringement Report
Use the in-app Report > "Infringes my rights" option, or TikTok's copyright policy page, and provide the infringing video's direct link.
For TikTok Shop: register with the IPPC first
Rights owners register their trademark or copyright with TikTok Shop's IP Protection Center, then file complaints against Shop listings using that registration.
Agree to disclosure and submit
TikTok tells you upfront that your report info may be shared with the reported user — accept the terms and submit.
